What brand sensors did you use?

Are you sure the P1133 is new (i.e. that you didn't have both codes already)? The P0135 code is specifically related to cold starts. The P1133 is related to the switching (rich/lean) function of the O2. The P1133 is only run during CL operation. Do you have any codes for Bank 2? If so, you simply might have some bad gas or be burning too much oil (or even some coolant). You should double check the connections and wiring. Here are detailed diagnostic steps for the P1133.

What's CL operation?

No codes for Bank 2

Just for Bank 1 sensor 1 and 2 which I replaced.

One thing that I noticed before was when I did some hard runs about a week ago a loud noise came from the fuel tank. that same noise happened when I use some shitty *** gasoline when I went to the border 2 years ago.

Closed Loop (CL) operation - when the PCM uses the O2 sensors to provide feedback in making adjustments to the fueling; the vast majority of your normal driving occurs with the PCM operating in CL;

Open Loop (OL) operation - the PCM ignores what O2 sensors indicate with regard to how rich/lean the exhaust is; primarily used during cold starts and WOT
