Default What to use?

I have a 1997 Z28 and every time I got over any kind of bump, the car sounds like a rusty door hinge. I was thinking about just getting stock replacement parts but I now how 17in TT2's waiting to be put on and they are a much heavier rim and tire combo. Just wondering what you guys recommend me to get. Just shocks? Shocks and springs? What kind? Thanks in advance for your help.

You should sell your car, and give me your rims (so I can sell them and get the right size for my 81). Hope this helps!
