Default 245/50/16 or 255/50/16- looking for inexpensive tires

I like the BFG G-Force sports- found the 255/50/16 (which is becoming impossible to find) at tiresavings dot com for $99 or so. I had the Kumho 711's on my last Z, actually managed 2.0X 60fts on those with 400rwhp. Don't know who has those now. I may actually consider some lightly used ones if anyone is selling cheap . Any other ideas?

dont know if it helps, but you can fit 265s on a 16x8 rim. i just got kumho 710s (slicks) on a spare set of 16in rims. might at least give you some more options.

from my job, at sears. they have them for 125.99 but you can pricematch online stores at sears and they will beat it by 10% of the difference. not a bad deal at all, not many people know that sears will pricematch, for instance goodyear GSD3s are about $220 for 245/50/16s, but tirerack has them for $150 or something. sears will beat that price, but they dont advertise it...

You are the man. I was looking at the Falken Ziex ZE512's, but they are an all season tire. If I remember right, the sidewall was mush just like the cheap ZE329's. They are like $85 each shipped. Did you just print screen? Quite a few gank you on shipping, like $50-60 for the set.

i actually just pulled it up on one of the computers there. but if you print it so they can see the price and who is selling it they should match it, sometimes they'll try to add shipping into it though...

those falkens are the cheapest tire we sell aside from guardsmen, which are ridiculously cheap...

Went and squeezed on some today. The sidewall is FTL. I'm down to Gforce sports and Kumho Ecsta SPT's, which are around $87 each and have great reviews from most on Tirerack.

i have kumho ASXs on the front, they arent bad, the gforces feel like they'll hook decent though, and they are a little stiffer than most kumhos i've seen...
