Default For the love of God!!!!!!!

OK so here is the deal.

I just finished the header install pacesetters and there ory . Here is the problem that no one can figure out. When i start the car it make this weird sound like a loud shuuuu with a bit of metalic sound in there aswell. I did have to take out 2 plugs for the install and gring the casting tab , but that was it . I can find a dam leak anywhere . Help me out here guys what is going on .

post up a video, if you can. Could it be a loose spark plug wire

Here is the thing when i first fired it up i forgot to put three wires back on and at idle you didnt even tell it. I have checked and rechecked the wired i am ready to scream!

Are you positive it's a new sound? It sounds to me like it's just the sound of the fuel injectors.

If you had an exhaust leak, you would hear a really loud annoying ticking

scope the car and see if you can tell exactly where its coming from. can you even tell if its coming from the engine or the exhaust?

Thought of that aswell , but yes new sound I went to buddys house and listen to his car no sound at all like that at start up!

it could be the AIR system too. Are both tubes completely sealed to the headers with gaskets?

i'm tryin to think of things that could be easily forgotten

No its got all off road stuff on it no air no egr is a 2002 camaro! Took all that off ! I wish i have a way to let you listen to it . Kinda like air moving back threw the intake a compressiion sound maybe . Jesus i am so lost here i can find a damn leak. It does have a loud tick once it warms up on drivers side that wasnt there before but i can find the damn leak i have looked felt tightened everything!
