Default Other then CCCA racing?

ANy one interested in other Drag racing besides CCCA? I love CCCA buit am having the urge to go heads up racing with the Pro street boys. They have a few class's we could fit into.

I would also be interested in other heads up class's that any one might have a lead on. I KNOW I am not the fastest but the fastest does not always win

ANyone else? Leads on other class's?

I just get so tired of seeing them have fun back east and down south and nothing here. Every time I see a Kool race it is over 2,000 miles away

Well, I'm certainly not racing a heads up type of class... however, I am thinking about competing in the ET Bracket Series, in the Sportsman class. I think my C4 is consistent enough that I won't embarrass myself out there.

Every time I see a new organization come out with a heads up class, they write so many rules, its F@#king gay.

I agree with the rules. there was a Group trying to put some thing together a while back but as with many there growing rules favored only a few and killed them off before they got off the ground. They refused to listen to almost any thing.

There are many good class's back east. What do we get? Nothing worth a damn. Only need a few rules. Heck index heads up racing would even be fun. But we get Jack! Even a real street racing like they do in Chicago would be kick ***!

I am really hoping to have my car together by the Supra meet. Hell I might go out first round but I plan on showing up to play! There are some damn fast fuel injected cars around here that are NOT Imports. Let Freaking race!

I'd show up to support and watch my freinds. But I'm too slow and inconsistant for heads up racing.

I'd like to, but I don't think I'm gonna have the time to do it this summer... I'm gonna be working some really long hours, and I'm going to be heading to India here in about 6 weeks.

You KNOW I'm interested Ellis. My car is only good for 10.0, and I'll be lucky if I can run that, but I will go if we can find a venue.

There are a BUNCH of PSCA classes that many of us can fit into. Lots of them are heads up too.

I was looking into running a Street Car braket last year with the camaro, everything was certified for the class too. Other then some SFI stuff. Im talking about my drivline.

You are going to be faster then that you have a little bigger budget to use now

I plan on getting the car legal and seeing where it sit's and slowing it down for the class it it closest to. THEN send the new heads off to get done for next years engine freashening Looking for 600-650Crank N/A and a two stage 300 shot

If you thought that was bad the carpet was worse.

And for the 427, I actually started saving last paycheck.
