Why not be a little proactive when you do see them??? If you want to talk to them, turn around and go find them...
There are thousands of these cars per square mile, don't have to get all excited when you see one...

okay we'll then I was heading to stoney point to go rock climbing just cruising about 80mph and a Gold SS catches up to me. I'm not sure what he had in the car, but it sounded bad ***. So we did a couple of fly byes to each other. Then got side by side, slowed down to 50mph???? Took off in third gear started to get a little knock in the high rpms so hit 4th and we where dead even to 110ish I let off cause my motor was still knocking. (still working on the tune). We slow down to about 80ish come around a corner and theres a cop on the side of the road. The cop starts to pull out so I slow down and blend into traffic. I'm just looking to see if got away also!!
