having problems loading the car agains the T-brake and foot brake
as soon as i get over about 4k rpms on the T-brake or foot brake it just seems like it gets the wind knocked out of it and dies.... the lm1 says it goes super lean.....
the thing is running down the street/track WOT it sounds mean and revs nice... in the burn out box it sounds like a monster... but as soon as i try to launch the car and bring the rpms up it dies/tries to die on me at the starting line.....
it also has problems when reving from a idle... like a quick punch and let off of the throttle it has a pause and then a very small rev... like a --- *ruuh rooom*...
figured this would be the place to ask since KP hangs out here

Wish I could help you more, I always used the MAF to handle the low/mid rpm stuff on the stock PCM. I assume you are doing an SD tune, you just have to keep on the VE table in those cells where is going way lean. Also have to watch your timing. Also have to make sure the injectors are scaled right etc. Have to log the wideband and everything else and figure it out from there.

does it sound right me remembering that it was at about 4k rpms and 105 kpa?
i belive the boost/load is usually alot higher than that when im running the car around at 4k rpms....
i'll give it some fuel cause i looked over it and it does look like its lean up there..

if it will just cut a sub 1.50 60ft i think the thing will get down and BOOGY the way it sets.... i dont have money for shocks right now.... but i took out the bumper support and put 200lbs of metal in there... so that will bandaid it for a few weeks
at the race weight and power it makes right now i expect it to hit 6.4x's pretty easily

well i gave it some more fuel this weekend and she liked it!... lifted the front end about 6'' and then smoked the tires.... this was at a 5100 TBrake launch.... if I get some shocks and hook it... say hello to bumper Mr.asphalt
the engine temp does not like the 5100 rpm launch at all... it gets hot quick...
