For the money, my opinion is Dart 205s can't be beat for the budget minded ppl who want big power.

Thanks for the replies.....im still looking, but TSP's PRC ls6 cnc'd heads are looking like the best deal.....complete with patriot golds for $1095.00. How much power should I gain to the wheels with a good tune?

My Z06 gained 25rwhp and power and torque across the RPM range....From ONLY a head change(PRC Ls6), same cam, stock compression(no milling and I already had Ls6 heads), stock valves and Ls6 intake. After adding a ported Fast 90/90 I gained another 15rwhp....

I'm at 450rwhp now through the exhaust.....with further tuning I expect more.

Well I think the best head for the money is the TSP/PRC stage 2.5 5.3's, which is why I bought them. However, you mention N2O in your requirement which generally indicates the desire to go with something with a thicker deck for less chance of loosing the head gasket when ingesting larger doses of gas. One option to consider would be the Terminator heads which went for around $1800.00 the last time I checked. These are cnc'd from the Edelbrock castings so they have the thicker decks that you can only get from the aftermarket castings. That said I would most likely opt for the TFS's if I was going to spend that amount of cash anyway. Just be aware that with the TFS heads you will also need aftermarket rockers as well.

match your heads to your cam choice. just because you buy the best heads does not mean you have the best combination. also are you going to just race the car or will you see time on the street? dont get caught up in hype of these are the "best" parts

That's similar to what a local guy picked up swapping on a set of Dart 205s, but he picked up 29rwhp. That was with a 205cc intake runner VS. a 237cc intake runner.
