Well R&T says 7.8s for the 'Vert. I tell you, my 91 350 TPI seemed more like 5.8-6.0. I honestly wouldn't say anymore than 6.5s. They got 16.x in the 1/4, and all the reports I saw across the web for stock performance was 14.5s 1/4 and 6.0s 0-60.
(Note: Being a convertable, they might lose some performance from body flex, and that could be the reason behind those numbers.)
Here's R&T's review.

well first off thats no 91, second off its no 240 hp. the car looks to be somewhere from an 87 to 90, in which case the motor can range anywhere from 210hp in 87 to 220 in 90, if it was a true 91 than ud have the speed density thing and u might get to 230hp with the whole G92 and all, 0-60 maybe 7 seconds

He's right on the build year being incorrect. The cars after 90' had a differen't ground effects and wing pkg. Nonetheless, the car will be fun to drive, the TPI cars are very throttle responsive and make great low end torque. It won't tear up any race tracks, peak horsepower is at like 4800 rpm. It will eat lots of "petrol", the old batch fire efi was not as fuel efficient as the later sequential efi systems are.

I cant see in the pic, but if that car is a GTA then it only came with the 350 TPI. The power level was anywhere from 230 to 245 for the last years depending on if the car came with the dual cat exhaust setup.
The only way to narrow it down would be to see if the rear end has the 12 rear disc brakes which would be the Australian 9 bolt rear end which was optional in 88 and standard in 89 on.

I never even checked the link. It is not a 91 or 92 as said, those have rounded front bumpers like 93+ and the rear GTA/TA tail lights are only 2 piece (among other easy to spot things), only 2 years that had it. I'm 90% sure it's a GTA, since it looks like it has the GTA badge on the middle-rear of the fender and also I think the TAs said Trans-Am on the rear filler panel in those years. It'll have about 195-205hp stock, to the rear wheels, since it's a 350 TPI A4. The factory rated power on them was 230hp 315tq. It's a Mass Air motor, and the upper plenum is different and won't work on a 91-92, and vice versa (I tried, an 88 on my 91, ran like ***). Never heard of the Aussie 9bolt, unless thats an export installed item. It has 93+ leather seats in it. I can't think of anything else.

Then in 90 or 91 they took that option off the table and they went to all L98/automatics in the GTA's.

Yea, I knew it was in the 6second bracket. Saying 7s is insulting. 90 IROC gets 5.8s.
The 305 + M5 ONLY was in T-Top and Vert cars due to "flex" issues. They later allowed the 350 + M5 combo though. Hard tops got the full shebang.
It states it as a TA, however a lot of stock GTAs said Trans AM on them. It is an A4, you can tell from the pic. Also just because he said TA doesn't mean much, he called it a 91 as well.
HOWEVER This just popped into my head. This is an export car, and GM may have totally bagged putting the nice front and rear bumpers on the exports, and stuck with the plentiful square beak. Thus, it still could be a real 91.

They never offered the M5 and 350 TPI in any of the 3rd gens. The Australian 9 bolt was on all of the Firebirds and T/A's (GTA) from the factory. They were 3.27 geared, 12" rotors with the PBR vette calipers (alum) in the rear.
Otherwise you could get the 10 bolt with 2.73's and 3.23's or 3.42's if the car was a M5/305 TPI car.
