Default two different oil pressure sensors?

mine has a single metal prong sticking up where the clip goes...i borrowed one from a buddy and his as 2....i thought all LS1's used the same one in f bodies? mine is from a 98 camaro his is from a 00 ws6....will his work or no?

Updated design- Call the dealer and get the new crossover part# and get the right part for your app.

I am having the same problem. I got the harness to connect to the new sensor with 2 pins, but the new harness adapter has 2 wires. The wire in my car has one wire. What do I do?
