I don't, but I've made a bigger grommet out of two smaller grommets before. Slice one grommet, glue it in place with 3m trim adhesive, then cut a piece out of the other to grommet to fill in the gap and glue that into place.

Bumping this back to TTT for help.
How about a diaphragm with a "hymen"? (for lack of better description)
I punched a 1.25" hole in a contoured section of my firewall. The "Seals-it" grommets from Summit aren't fitting (due to countour of metal). I need a rubber grommet to fit 1.25" hole in 19ga steel (0.0418") - and I prefer NOT using a standard grommet, I'd like one with a rubber boot or diaphragm for weatherproofing.
All-rubber solution is perfect, prefer it has a diaphragm or boot anything like the grommet pictures attached - this hole is being used to pass my wiring harness into the cab.
If anyone can help or point me in the right direction, I appreciate it

Actually, another great example attached found at the website linked below - but they only sell in massive quantities, I only need (2).

Hey Shifty, check out www.mcmaster.com - I don't think there is a minimum on quantities and the prices are reasonable.

Thanks, but I did that before posting.
McMaster is where the first image in my first post above is from. That is the only diaphragm grommet they have, and the max OD size is 1", which is too small. (they have them listed under expandable grommets). Pages 3625-3627 of the catalog are where most of the grommets are for McMaster's stuff - look about 2/3 down on page 3625 to find the image above.
I checked all of their other grommets, and they have absolutely nothing else i could find while searching their catalog for "grommet"
I've been pounding the hell out of the web looking for something to fit. Meanwhile, I am getting a free sample from one place on the internet, but still hunting locally for something in-stock. Thought about Fastenal, but havne't opened the catalog yet.

I would try your local pick and pull. I'd be willing to bet you could find quite a few diphram type gromments in a variety of cars. You'll likely have to cut whatever passes through it, like a harness, etc. The price would certainly be right.

Looks like you made it to the salvage yard! There's no place better for hardware, electrical connectors, fuse panels, gromments, and various boots and rubber bellows. Only problem is knowing where to start with the 100-200 cars sitting in the yard. Takes a few hours, but you soon get a feel for what to look for.

Totally - and thanks for the recommendation, Andy!
In my case, I was looking for some S-10 door seals to put on my truck anyhow, so I hit the GM section of the Pull-A-Part. Everything at our local P-A-P is seriously picked over....but while strolling around in the baking heat, I was looking inside the engine bays of all of the GM cars...and found several gaskets ranging in size from 1.00" - 2.25", most of which had a sealing boot of some sort. The early Geo sedans and hatchbacks (Metro hatch and Prism 4dr sedans) seemed to have the best grommets in the 1.25-1.50" range, they were for a thinner gauge firewall (my truck is 19ga) and the boot could be easily cut to fit.
I got one of my firewall blockoffs fabbed up this weekend...when I get the other one done, I'm going to route my wires and get this joker installed
