Want to swap in a 97 gmc sierra-5.3 or 6.0? What are the pro's and cons of both, and what might work the best since this is a Z71 truck, and has 4x4? What ever motor I go with, I and to only do basic bolt ons for now, so I am not looking for anything more than stock. Also is there anyone that has any links to places to maybee get one of these motors from? Just doing some research first for now, Thanks.

i bought my 2001 5.3 with 50k miles from dakotaauto on ebay complete with all accessories, manifolds, sensors, starter, wiring, and computer and was very happy with them. they listed at $1199 but took my best offer and it cost $1175 shipped to my door.
