That's almost exactly what I was getting when I only had bolt-on's.......I could get as high as 25mpg on long highway trips.

I average about 22mpg. I'd probably get better since I have an M6, but I'm a sucker for acceleration.

I got 26.5 avg and a best of 27.5mpg so far without using CC and just running 75-80ish, sometimes up to 90, sometimes down to 60 on my last roadtrip.

I used to get 17-19mpg with 80/20 highway/city using the old gas.
With this new E10 gas (10% ethanol/90% gas) and 10/90 highway/city, i get 12-13mpg.

I think something is wrong more than just the gas and driving route change.

Still sounds kinda low no? My friend's HCI 3rd gen with 4.10's was getting around 23. He layed down 428.XX in hot Cali summer.

Some people get 30mpg stock, I never do, guess its a "freak" type thing

ya it is relatively low, but my tune is not to radical so its probably running a tad rich. I dont mind it, I didnt buy the car to save the planet or get good gas mileage.

But the car does the one thing its supposed to do very well.

Seems everyone from the northeast is getting worse gas mileage then everyone else, WTF!!! You think its the ethanol, or just the fact that we must all drive like ********?

Both.
Ethanol only has 70% of the power potential of gasoline and the traffic means lots of stop and go with short bursts of acceleration.
