Default Still cant pass, o2 heaters not ready

ok so i put in the o2 sims last week and ive been driving liek crazy, ive done the driving cycle a few times and every single code has been cleared except for the p0141 and p0161 codes for the rear o2 heaters. Im going on a month past due now and i would appreciate any help or info as to why these are still not ready even though i have the sims

Im out of my league a bit here but:

1)If the code is causing a CEL, and thus making you fail emmisions, just pull the damn CEL light bulb.

2)If you are actually failing emmisons, put a few gallons of E85 in it an shazam!

i have no problem with the engine light its just that the rear o2s cant be checked during the scan because they are "not ready" and i already passed visual and all that and dont have to worry about a sniffer test

Get ahold of TTP i believe they arent too far from you, they may be able to tune the code out for ya. back before i has software i had like 8 codses deleted out of the PCM and was charged like $20.
