got a 99 camaro with 70,000 miles have been getting real bad roof bubbles and waves. Been to fairbanks and powell chevy but no one will touch it. really really sux anybody have any luck with out of warranty work???

what do they say to you? its a factory defect/recall. its not a safety recall, but they arent going to gain any business by *not* fixing the problem GM made and admitted to and has a solution for.
mine is slightly starting it too :(

actually, i think the recall might have only been on 01/02 models. saw this somewhere. is that what your talking about them not upholding?
