Default Car Smoking After H/C

Finally got my H/C (RHS/Comp.) and headers (AR) done on my 2003 C5.Car runs good but smokes a bit, mostly at idle and alittle puff when you first hit the gas pedal and when you let off.I'm sure it smokes when your on it but you can't see it.Car has 15,XXX miles on it and didn't smoke before the H/C.My tuners said it was probably valve seals and the guy that put the heads together says he can't see that being the problem. What all else could make it smoke at idle and not make it any worse at higher rpms? Thanks!
