Default TA mesh vents - the stock air filter was good for somethin!

I was looking all over town for a mesh grill type design to cut out and replace the honeycomb vents on the fenders of LS1 TAs until I realized the bottom side of the stock air filter was all I needed.

Stock LS1 Air Filter

RIP

Traced the vents over the mesh and snipped with some metal cutting scissors.

Not sure if I should keep the color or spray them black. Anybody got pics of theirs on?

keep the color, it would be a nice color offset to the black...or at least try em and take pics and decide from there!
