Default MS4 in, now what?

Got my Ms4 finally put in and will be tuning it in the next couple weeks.

I am also getting gears and an ls6 intake around the same time to accomodate this bigass cam.

However, the fun is just beginning... I am addicted to the "rawness" and want to start thinking of my next step. Either nitrous or heads but not sure which first? I'm thinking nitrous but only because I'd get huge gains over the heads.
What do you guys think?

Eventually, I want to get a 408 stroker so thinking if i buy heads, might be wasting the money. Should I just play with nitrous until i can get the 408? probably this time next year before i'll have the cash for the stroker...

pick up a cheap n2o kit and have fun until next year when you can buy the 408/heads/cam(yes get a new cam with a 408). Do your new motor all at once and do it right the first time.

Yeah def. will go w/ a custom grind cam for the 408. Another reason ehy i should hold off on heads so i dont have to buy new ones in a year. I think spray is the only logical solution here...

I want to be able to adjust from like 75-150psi so should I go wet or dry? Is either cheaper that the other?
I'll buy a kit but what else should I buy for safety so I know all is well before i spray?

If you dont have larger injectors definitely go wet with on a cammed car. If you have injectors like 42's you can go dry or wet. Wet and dry are both adjustable from 75-150. You will want an upgraded fuel pump, rpm window switch, fuel pressure safety switch, and cold plugs like NGk TR6's. Also a bottle heater and bottle blanket are good items to have in order to control bottle PSI, which is very important in a N20 setup.

That topic is very debatable and there is no real right or wrong. Some say wet causes fuel puddling in the manifold which will lead to intake backfire, although it has never happened to me. My wet kit has never backed up fuel in the manifold before. I like wet but dry kits sure do get the job done too.

Search through the nitrous forum for opinions on wet vs dry, it has been beaten to death over there.

I have a TNT kit sitting in my garage and I ordered my MS4 today!!!

I had basically the same thoughts as you. I was going to do H/C, but I can make more power on the juice, plus I'm planning on a bigger cube motor down the road and would wind up buying bigger/better heads anyway. I'll just enjoy my little 346cid and pill it till I kill it. The MS4 should be a pretty damn brute cam, throw on a 100-150 shot of N2O, open the exhaust up and those within about a mile will likely be swearing that the world is coming to an end.
