help ..Another Question. Middle of cam install well got the motor apart almost completly down ,intake, heads etc well i was goin to pull the oil pump to acces the timing chain to put a new on in .but do i have to drop the damn oil pan also .is their another way to do it .the motor is in the car and i really didnt want to have to drop the pan

You have to drop the oil pan just an inch or 2 but it does not have to come all the way out. Pretty much unbolt it and let it sit on the K member.
