are LT1 and LS1 brakes swappable a freind of mine has an LT1 camaro and i have an 01 camaro. he is selling his car and he has 02 SS wheels and the Baer brake kit on his. he said that i can swap the brakes and rims/tires if i want. I just need to make sure that they are all swappable.

yup, if you have all the parts (including backing plates), it should all go in. I think you may need the rear brake cables, but I could be wrong. NO rear performance difference, but you should be able to sell the rear brakes to someone on here or on ebay.

The spindles are different hieghts where they connect to upper a-arm ball joint.
I tried it on my '95 (read user name) to switch to ls1 brakes and it toally fucked up the alignment to the point that it could not be fixed with the stock adjustments. I just went back to stock.
I am not offering advice. I just wanted to make you aware of the problem because it will need to be addressed.
