I'm looking to put together or find a group for our area. If you are in one of these counties or close by, post up. I'd like to create a localized version of what some other groups represent. I'm new around here and I don't see many friends/speed/food in the f-bod community (or otherwise) in my area. Looking for fast cars and fun times within an hours drive :judge: .

AH...very cool!! Sorry I had to jet after I dynoed the car. I have to get up at 3:30a.m. to make it to the airport to sign in at 4:15. Needless to say, I was late Fri. morning...lol!! I'd say it was worth it though! How'd the the silver Z06 do? Did he get the N02 working??

I agree!! We should all get together!! There's always Barrett Pkwy somewhere. Seems like it would be kinda in between everyone. Try for next weekend??!! AH!! Just looking at my calender here...the Sonny's BBQ on the corner of East West connector and Austell Rd. used to have a car show (free of charge) every first Sat. of the month. I can check and see if they still do that. Might be cool to have a bunch of F-bodies show up. It was all mixed kinds of cars.
Another thing I did awhile back was show up at the Varsity downtown on the first Thurs. of the month. It was an all import event and I showed up with my T/A!!! There was one vette there too. I scared the hell outa some kid with a video camera when I was leaving. He was standing on a street corner filming the cars going by and I lit em up. Quite funny to see him rock backwards from the curb swearing...LOL!!

thanks bro after my cam (about 2 weeks) it should be even better, yours looks slick. I like the ss in the billet you just put in. i am waiting on a garage for mine now but a 100 bucks a month is pretty steep. I here the apts are pretty cool on the summer with the pool and all. you like em?

nice what cam are getting? I've been waiting since I moved in for one of the garages to open up beside my building, but nobody will give one up! I can't believe it's $100 now, it was $80 when I moved in. The pool is really nice, and everyone here is really quiet plus the staff is great.
I've only had my SS for a few months since my mustang was totaled, so i'm still in the process of modding. Actually I have LT headers, plugs and wires, and a skip shift eliminator in the mail now and a true dual (x) setup in the closet. I'll take that stuff to vengeance hopefully next week and maybe get a tune too if I have any money left. Right now it has a lid and catback w/ an exhaust leak.

sweet, i'm am getting a vindicator. I highly suggest vengeance, awesome guys. I just got back from valdosta with them this past weekend. And with those mods def get a tune and you dont need the skip shift eliminator because Mike can take that off when he tunes it. If you need a hand turning some wrenches in the parking lot let me know, I got plenty of tools and a little know-how and hopefully i'll have the garage soon too.

Sounds good man, I'm not even putting my own headers on, I really can't do much except general maintenance and maybe a couple bolt on things. I only have a few tools and rhino ramps which suck anyways. How much can I expect to pay for a tune at vengeance?

a tune is 475 out the door, worth every penny. I gained 30rwhp from my tune with bolt ons and full exhaust. It is a huge difference and one of the best mods you can do period. Also the best thing about it is once you get a tune there it is free to be retuned when you put additional mods on. Tell them Kevin sent you when you go...

Wow that is a great deal. I still haven't decided if I'm going all motor (cam swap) or if I want to try nitrous. Either way a retune will be nice.

Just to put my 2cents in....I also highly recommend Vengeance!!! They are great!! They did my rear diff (3:73's), tune, tranny/converter, and some other small stuff since it was apart!! They will be doing my cam next I hope. I retired the T/A from DD so I want to go as big as I can. After that it's heads and intake time. Wish I had the money to do it all at once!! I need a better job!!!! LMAO!!
