Default Lowering Springs Dilemma

i have a 1997 z28 with the rk sport ground effects kit..im running 19's on the car as well..my question is..if i install the eibach pro kit i just bought, will it be lowered too much? i want the whole tire showing, i dont want part of the tire to be covered by the rear or front fenders...or should i go with a lowering spring that only lowers the car 1'' all around? also what shocks would be best for my situation?thanks

Might be better off with the koni lower perch and heater hose mod in the rear...should lower your ride about 1/2". Your car will handle much better than if you were to just get lowering springs. Revalved bilstiens and Strano springs are also an option. Contact Strano for more information.
