Default 6.0 into 92K15

Pulling 4.3 keeping OE 5sp.trying to figure out which flywheel I need,I am using a early long flange 6.0 crank.I think I need the early flywheel. Also does anyone know if the 2K camaro wiring harness alt.plug will work on a truck alt.?I think I will need to use a Fbody MAF not a truck maf.Any help would be appreciated.

The trans should bolt up if you use the early style flexplate from the 99-2000? long crank 6.0L.

You are trying to use a f-body harness on the truck motor right?

What about the computer what is it from and what year?

The f-body alt plug will physically fit into the alt, but I am not sure if it will work properly. The f-body alt`s use one wire on that harness that feeds the alternator a +12V signal through a resistance source(Either a resistor in the computer or a light bulb). All of the newer trucks that I have seen used 2 wires in that plug, the 1st is the same as the wire I just described, and the second just goes to a +12V IGN source. But I did see a 1999 6.0L truck that only used 1 wire like the f-bodies. So you may or may not need to add a second wire into that plug.

If you use a f-body wiring harness you need to either use a f-body MAF and IAT or make an adapter harness to use the combined truck MAF/IAT sensor.
