Drag Racing Tech - I think i am losing power with the slp maf

I went to cecil county raceway to run my car and I ran a 13.3 with a 108.7 trap speed and a 2.0 60ft with a 0.48 r/t. I ran that with my slp maf and new street tires, But when I ran my car before that I ran it with a stock maf and bald street tires and I ran a 13.2 at 103 with a 2.06 60ft and a 0.55 r/t at atco raceway Is it possible that the slp maf slowed my car down

they are a waist if you don't tune for it. But you went 5mph faster. I don't know were you getting at. A lot of things affect ET.

Well you went FIVE mph faster with a better 60 ft which SHOULD have slowed the MPH......five mph is a good bit of power. It came from somewhere.

BTW reaction time does not affect ET, the clocks don't start until you leave the light beams.
