I despise yellow cobras.

Yours seems clean, but most of the rest I seem to see in this area are all either riced out, or are fake (gts with cobra kits).

I have a new set of original 1998 rims, and a chrome set of Cobra R's.

The car came with Komho Ecstasy..

Ok..

I cleaned the wheels and the chrome inside the wheels blistered, which looks lousy. I guess they will have to be sent out and re-chromed if I can't clean them up.

I also have the OEM wheels (brand new) which I'll have the option to use in the meantime.

They (1998 Cobra's) are conservatively rated at 305hp and 300tq.

With headers, VT 5.0L balanced and blueprinted stroker rotating assembly, FRPP cams, no cats, BBK cold air intake, and an excellent SCT tune from VMP Tuning, I would venture to say approximately 360hp and 375tq.

That's a guesstimation..

I'm in Rockland County.. the Chrome Yellow was only made the second half of 1998.. mine was #4590 of #5174 made.. the first year an SVT Cobra is offered in yellow from Ford. I recall that there were only like 300 coupes made in Chrome Yellow which were Cobra's.

There's even a Yellow Cobra Registry:
