Question Racing at Bremerton Friday through Sunday, Pacific on Saturday...

Who is going? Supposed to be in the 70's on Friday and the 60's on Saturday. If I am posting this inquiry, things are looking grim...? What is the status of Robert???

I'm planning on being there both Fri and Sat. The wife is coming along and we're planning on staying the night out there.

I'll be there every day, oh wait I don't have a car. talked to George tonight and we have a couple leads, it's in the works. No matter which direction we go it'll be coming out hitting a 300 shot. I may come out and just watch and drink beer.

No worries, Robert. You'll be racing by Friday night. I found you a Stock 5.0 Mustang (automatic). We'll order the parts from Summit, after this weekend you can start bolting them on. You'll be in the 14's this weekend (stock) and the 13's next weekend, NA of course. After the gear installation and a can, you'll be in the 12's. Then you can see how much nitrous you can cram down its throat.

Anyone know of the top of their head the rules regarding Verts at PR? I seem to recall anything over a 12.99 doesn't need a cage.

I was hoping to make it out to PR. I thought it was on Sunday, but since it's on Saturday, I won't be able to make it, working . If my paychecks big enough, I might be able to come out to Bremerton, but I won't know till Saturday when I get it.

I'm not sure, but I'd love to see your GXP run if they'll let it. You might try e-mailing both tracks(PR and B-town) and tell them you have a stock solstice that should run low 14's and see what they say.

Yeah I have e-mails out just no replies yet.

I'm hoping it runs a 13. A very high 13 that is. Even a 13.99 would be great. I've read of a few in the 14.0 range so with a bit of luck and a good launch I think a 14.0 or 13.9X slip is a possibility. My wife will be driving it though so we'll see. I'm going to bring down another car and I have a co-worker bringing his GTO to the track for the first time. He bought it back in Jan. and it's still bone stock.

Not going to make it this weekend...I have to finish my jeep build, install a clutch in a GTO, and then go wheeling.

I doubt I'll go. Need to save the car for Tuesdays road race class.

And I think 13.49 is the no-bar limit on verts.

I want to go in this nice air, but can't make up my mind yet Bremerton or Pac Raceway. I like Pac because they have the good gas at the pump!
