I answered you in PM but 758 is and electrical fault code for shift solenoid B when you say neutral are you sure you dont means it feels like its takes off in 3rd, Also how does reverse act

reverse works fine and it takes off in first then shifts to second then feels like it goes into neutral or some type of a stall of second instead of shifting to third im prayin in its a simple as solenoid

Well I would drop the pan with the intention of changing the B solenoid , But while I was in there I would abserve whats in the pan and post that up , With any luck you have a bad shift solenoid but a failed 3-4 clutch is also a possibility ,

pm sent. okay so inside the pan looks okay no more debris than naturaly be there some but not much. pretty much like the first time you pull a pan off of a perfectly working trans to service it. i didnt do a good job describing the symptoms. it feels fine in reverse and first then it shifts to second second is fine then it just dont shift just stays in second i drove it agian just before i pulled the pan last nite so maybe the better explaination could be more helpful cause with it acting like that and what it looks like i believe it just may be the solenoid and nothing else im going to the dealer to get the solenoid in a few minutes

My honest suggestion is no more expensive than they are is to replace both of the shift solenoids as a set ,
