I have not had my z28 long and I am really wanting to take it to the track, but I have heard a lot of horror stories about 10 bots breaking. I have not ran on the track before, and was wondering what my chances are of breaking my stock rear end, because that would just plain suck.

If you are stock and dont dump the clutch at 4k+ you should be fine, but then again some people just have bad luck. Dont be afraide of going to the track it is alot of fun and you get to meet alot of cool people, but be prepared for the **** talking ricers who will always be there.

Clutch dump on slicks ='s But there are many ten bolts that have made numerous trips to the track and driven back home. Yes it's not the strongest but it boils down to a lot of variable and a tad of common sense.
