VIG antiballoon?

VIG antiballoon? I havnt yet orded my TC and the thing that is keeping me from ordering is i'm not positive on what Vig TC's come with. i am wanting to order the 3600 from speedinc and was wondering if those came with antiballooning plates on them. a friend told me they did but wanted to see if someone that has one could confirm that. i'm going to be spraying a 150 ontop of a MS4 and wanted to see if that would ok on the TC. TIA
