Default Boat update...

Well the hull may be getting painted this weekend so I need to hurry up on the dash work. Got a lot done tonight...

The dash came as seen below complete with fuse panel, ignition, all gauges, switches, and harness for $250 on ebay!

Thanks, it's a lot of work but it will be the nicest '89 on the water. As of right now we are in it for only $6,750 which includes purchase of boat, motor, dash, tower, carpet, heater, shower, and little misc items. Still gotta buy vinyl for seats, speakers, molding around boat and paint. So for about $8,000 we'll have a boat worth $15K and how we want it!

Yeah looks like a ton of work, but I'm sure it will be worth it. Building something from the ground up the way you want it is definitely something to be proud of.

Badass! Very nice organic design on that dash. I like that modernized retro-fit.
