TC locking and unlocking??

TC locking and unlocking?? I recently had my car dyno tuned and it picked up a good bit of power, but since the tune, my converter locks at 30 or 35mph like it always has but then it almost immediately unlocks and doesn't lock again until around 45mph. If I'm on it at wot, this doesn't seem to happen. Any ideas?
