Default Removed some parts now car won't start..

I removed the AIR pump and a computer that had a couple of wires and a cable that came out of it that ran to the throttle body. So i removed it because i needed more room for a filter in there and i don't have cruise controle anymore (TH400) tranny. The car started probably twice and now it wont start period! I even hooked everthing back up and still nothing. I posted this in here because i think i need to turn off the AIR pump and maybe something else (for the little computer i also removed). Can someone tell me what i need to turn off. I have EFI Live.

Use the air pump relay in place of the ignition relay (assuming they're the same relay on the LS1).
