Default Had a strange situation at the track tonight. looking for advice/suggestions.

breakdown:
a4, 10 bolt, stock 3.42's, mini spool.

making 1st pass, did the burnout. pulled up to the line, brake stalled up.
launched and heard a POP, shut it down.
rear end was locked up or at least we couldnt get it to roll off the track.
track guys put it on dollies and towed me off the track.
tow truck shows up.
we pull the dollies out and the rear wasnt locked up anymore.
car rolled fine, no noise were present.
got the car home and jacked it up, started it, put it in gear and its seems fine. tried all gears, 1,2,3,od and R.
both wheels spinning together, no noise.
did notice a new a decent 'gouge/grind" mark on the dr side disc that wasnt present prior to the event.

lookin for some suggestions on what direction to go to find out what happened?
havent driven the car yet. (its late, im stressed)

last night the car pulled several 1.5x shorts without issue.

thanks in advance gang.

PS. yes, we all know the stock rear is weak, im more interested in finding out what happened. anybody else have anything like this happen????????
