MSD wires, cap and rotor
I'm about to put on the MSD part no. 32149 Super Conductor wires for '93-'96 Camaro. My budy who runs a set of MSD wires says they started to arc as soon as he fired the car. Is it worth waiting to put in GM wires or can I run these wires, I am eager to fire the car today and now is the time to replace the wires since the water pump, power steering pump and air cleaner. Please advise

I've had my MSD wires on for nearly 30,000 miles with no problems. I've checked the resistance on an ohm meter from the old delco wires and the new MSD wires and the MSD wires had less than 300 ohms of resistance for some of the longer wires. The used guys had over 2,000 in some cases if I remember correctly

I've yet to have issues with MSD wires. Several sets for the car and truck. They have the lowest ohm/foot of any wire I have ever checked.
I always use MSD 8.5mm Superconductors
