simple cam question? Does the LS1 block use a cam thrust plate or a traditional cam button for its hydraulic roller camshaft?I think all 87-later Chevy small blocks used a Camshaft thrust plate but I could be wrong.I am aware the LS1 has no relation to traditional small blocks.
