Default Is this a good deal?

My friend has this for $4200:

Now before you scream "YES YES YES, Go buy it NOW!" here's the bad parts: It was tore apart to get built and never got put back together, so it has no engine and the wheels are gone. But otherwise it's complete, not stripped at all. All the wiring is still there, as are all the accessories for the engine. Just needs a longblock and some wheels and it'll be back to how it looks in the pic. It's a '99 with an A4 and 75K on the chassis. What's the verdict? Good buy or what?

Clear title? Can you do the work yourself? If so, go for it.

Yes, clear title... it was a running driving car when it went in his garage. I do all my own work as well, so there won't be any labor involved.
