Default TSP 5.3 Stage 2.5 or AFR 205cc 66c Heads?

I am modding my Z28 obviously and I already have the basic boltons and want to know if the addition of the TSP 5.3 Stage 2.5 Heads are better for the price or are the AFR with the casting and expensive price tag worth the extra $$. My friend says the $$$ you spend on them = the better the overall build. Is one more reliable and should be looked at more for my basic street application with a TR 224/224 .563/.563 114lsa camshaft? Thanks for the advice in advance.

The AFR heads are way superior but of course you will pay more. You can have them milled down if you are trying to up the comprerssion more too.

I have the TSP 5.3 heads and a TR224/112 cam in a stalled A4 and put down 417rwhp 407rwt.I also have ported fast90/90 with it.When I was just cammed and Ls6intake i did 350rwhp.I hope this gives you and Idea.I dont know what the AFr will do,but maybe someone will chime in with that combo and help out.
