im in need of serious help with my subaru swap.
ok quite a few questions i have so i can order stuff and finish this thing..
heres the details...2000 T/A motor, t-56
i need a line for a clutch master cylinder to the slave line.. quick disconnect fitting(where do i get that?)
i also need to figure out what injectors to run.. nitro daves plate 150 shot with (another question...)TSP stage ?? headsand MS4 cam package... im getting all the goodies, but do i really want 5.3 heads?
am i gonna need the fast XFI? am i gonna wanna build the motor, or will it handle? what head gaskets thickness do i want?
should i just ARP everything and redo the bearings and rings?
what clutch do i want to use for this? will the 07 Z06 hold the power?
what actual wires do i need in the harness to have the motor work? i read the faq, but im lost on a few... if someone could list the color wires i need and what they are for/need to be connected to id appreciate it..
also, im doing custom gauges, aftermarket(autometer..) do i want digital or mechanical? i want tachometer and speedometer..which sending units do i get?
i also dont want the skip shift to work.. do i need the eliminator or can i just remove the solenoid/valve..? i also want reverse lockout to work unless i flip a switch, is that hard to wire up?
what all on the starter goes where? i still have the donor wires..
what amp fuse for the PCM? what wire supplies power to it?
what MAF to use(fast 90mm intake and TB setup)
any and all help will be greatly appreciated.. im a little overwhelmed, and ready to start buying the rest of my parts.. but i dont want to buy what i dont need...
