Changed the Clutch fluid
Man that stuff was NASTY. When I swapped the headers, JL-ws6 wrapped the clutch line, Brad had changed the fluid once. I decided it was time again.
Got me some DOT 4 non-syn brake fluid, some towels, coffee can and a turkey baster. I sucked the old fluid out, looked like used motor oil, I had JL pump the clutch I did it like 7 times, on the last time I wiped the resevoir and refiled, no black crap.
The clutch felt better, the pedal was much more stiff.
If you havent done it, I would suggest doing it!!

Hey Aaron, small world. Look who came up during my search!
Has anyone tried a high temp gear oil as opposed to brake fluid ?
P.S. Aaron, you should change your undies too

I had a LAPD clutch speed bleeder put in when I had my new clutch installed, It makes life so much easier when when cleaning clutch fluid especially in a PITA vette clutch system. Your right though BS night and day difference with nice clean fluid in there.
