Fueling & Injection - In line fuel pump ?

I am going to use an inline fuel pump that is rated to support a 500-600 hp
setup on my 2001 Camaro LS1. I would like to use this as a little piece of
support for my stock pump when spraying nitrous. My question is will I need
to use a regulator and if so what pressure should I regulate it at ? Anything
that I should be aware of in doing this? Questions? Comments?

Nope no regulator needed as the fuel pressure is takin care of with the tune. I have a Walbro 240 inline along with a walbro 240 intank, it is a little over kill for now but future plans it will be needed. Only other thing you will need is a Fuel pump Hot Wire Kit which I got from Speed Inc ------>Sponsor

The regulator is in the tank with the stock pump assembly. You will see a slight raise in fuel pressure and may need to retune with the inline pump. You are actually better off adding an intank fuel pump first as you can not pull any more volume through your stock pump.
