It all started with ordering a H/C package from TSP. I decided I needed rod bolts for added assurance. I new I had Thunder Bucks, so I figure I would get the bolts from thunder and save a few dollars. I called Thunder before I ordered and they said to put it on the comments section to "redeem my thunderbucks." So I made my order and got it the next day. I noticed that they did not give me the discount. I figure I could call them up and everything would be peachy. David tells me he can't do anything about it and to use them next time. :eyes:

So I am not happy. It is not a huge deal but more of a principle thing. I ordered the rod bolts to get the discount.

The thing I did not bring up, is I NEVER recieved my refund check from when I recieved the wrong rear rotors from before this other order. So it is not the first time Thunder has not done what they say they will do.

I am disappointed in Thunder Racing and I know that this is not a lot of money, but it comes down to the principle. And I do think they can fix the problem.

Of course no calls would go out on Sunday, wonder if you pm'd the right number or they wrote it down wrong?

Friday was a huge sale, and Monday after the sale is even worse. I understand you wanted to apply your Thunder Bucks toward your purchase. You have not lost your opportunity to use the bonus program. This was an oversight on our part and we will do what we can to reverse it, if possible. Worst case is you still have the Thunder Bucks at your disposal.

I will ask Angie to contact you as soon as possible.
