Default Cam choices

I want to put a cam in. I was thinking about upgrading to an '02 ls6 cam. I went to lingenfelter's website & something caught my eye.

Ls1GT-2-3: 207/220 .573/580 117.5 cl
Ls1GT-1: 218/229 .560/.560 113 cl

I want to keep stock idle and pass emissions. I want to be street legal that's all.
What do u guys think. I'm not in a rush for this either, I want to take my time so that i could get what i want. What do u guys think about the choices? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

There are plenty of ways around emissions, but that “keeping the stock idle” part really limits your choices. Not too many cams that offer a nice gain without adjusting the idle (unless you have an M6 car). Most any A4 car will need a slightly raised idle and the TB hole to be drilled for just about any cam bigger than stock.

Personally, I would not pick either of those cams. I really like single pattern cams for LS1s better. Or at least a closer split. I like more intake duration than either of those cams offer....
