I cut the nissans original crossmember, welded to 0.8 mm steel plates in as you can see, and a square tube underneath to get it at little lower. I had to lower it because i made it wrong the first time

I test drove the car for the first time today. Awesome!

This car is more suited to drifting anyways.

I still want to do the 300e, but I just came across this car that i got now, and saw that it would be an easier project, And i dont want to rip the 3 liter mercedes engine out of the mb either, its quite smooth . But the 1.8 that sat in this car is no problem to rip out and throw into the pile of junk that we got behind the workshop .

Thanks, its not the nicest kit, but its ok . For street use i wouldnt use a bodykit and a wing. But for drifting i feel that i have to have something .

No problem, i stole the idea from some picture i saw on this forum i think , and its great to be able to inspire people. Ask if you want me to take a picture of something.

The clutchpump from the gto mounts nicely to the firewall btw, and the nissan servo pressure hose bolts right onto the GTO servopump.

looks good. as a previous nissan 240sx owner, and a current GTO owner, seeing this gave me a look into both my past and present. if this car ever gets totaled, im doing a swap like this.

X2 on the body kit not looking right. i would have went through the junk yard looking for something else. or check ebay. plus it doesnt look like it has good fitment from the pics and is that screws holding it to the frame?

Swap looks good!

I have a question for ya. What do you mean by the clutch pump? Is that the same as the master cyl.? If so you have any pics of that?

This is the only picture ive got. but it is the oriignal gto master syl and it works ok..

I had to cut, angle and weld the header a bit to get som clearance to the frame on the right side.

God damn youre strict on the looks. And youve got a huge inlet cowl hood yourself!

The wing is ugly as hell, but is needed to lift the smoke and keep it behind youre car while you drift.

Very nice work. Is the LS1 still stock? Don't listen to the style police, in my opinion vehicle appearance is of very small importance. Did you drift the car previously? Any major dynamic difficulties with the slight weight increase on the nose?
