What is your fantasy swap? Oh yeah It cant be an LSX

I think it would be so cool to put a wicked 2JZ into a super clean notch back.

I would prefer LS7 but the aluminum 572 spits out 1000 ponies so its ok.

I know you said no LSX...

I used to have a clean, white '98 Metro as a daily driver. I wish I still had it...

Tube chassis, black tinted windows, then find a wrecked C5 Z06 and stick the powertrain in the Metro with the quietest exhaust I could find.


To satisfy the non LSX part of your thread, same deal except sub the Z06 underpinnings with that of an Eclipse GSX or EVO.

78 Corvette
C6 corvette suspension (modified to drive like it really can if the upper a arms weren't all wimped out for the suckers who can't drive)
Aluminum Frame (built by me of course)
Viper Diff's front and rear (YES FRONT)
SRX Cadillac 5 speed tranny (very built) with AWD and paddle shifters with the clutch type lockup no slipping allowed
LSX (i don't care about the lame rule)
Cryo-treated everything
STS Turbos
22-26 LB of BOOST

Death to the STI's and the ******* EVO's

(I'm really working on this once i get the awd computer re worked ill get back)

The only reason I said not LSx is because thats too easy. It would be cool to put an LSx into anything, but there are other really cool motors out there.

No LSX? 2nd choice is the a Motown Lite 427ci aluminum SBC. In anything and everything.

If posted a thread with the title "Hookers and blow", how many people's first thought would be that I was talking about headers and superchargers?

Nope, this is it. He just said 2jz and that is the magic word for a flame war in here lately.
We get people from all the supra boards trying to bash lsx motors, kinda lame.

Thats fine, Im def not from the supra boards. I have never ever worked on one, I just got my *** handed to me by a supra recently (my car isnt all that fast) and it impressed me and made me curious about them
