Default jesel rockers/ will valve covers fit back on?

Will my stock valve covers fit over the jesel rockers without hitting the rockers?

I have heard about needing a spacer?
I was thinking about getting the ARE valve covers. But do you have to drill the holes in them for the oil cap and pcv?

there is a pic of the rockers on my site.

You have to clearence your stock valve covers a bit (some grinding) or get the spacer and not modify your stock covers or get the tall C5R covers or ktech covers (same) and yes, you have to thread & tap a hole 3/4" for a plug as its a easy deal to add oil this way!!!So you have several options but the cheapest way is to just do some grinding on the stockers... <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="gr_stretch.gif" />

I am leaning toward the are covers, although with remounting the coils I wish there were pre made plug wires long enough! From what I've seen you have to make your own plug wires with lt1 wires and different ends...

I went the grinding route(actually, removing all the baffling in both valve covers) on the stockers when the Jesels were installed on the LS6 427 in my C5. Bad idea: a tremendous amount of oil is being sucked into the intake, so I'm waiting for Plan B, new, tall valve covers with a coil relocation bracket and prefabbed, correct length plug wires. Talk to Dave at Cartek about these.
