General Maintenance & Repairs - Please provide advice on P1441 Code

Hi Everyone,

Thanks in advance for your advice.

My car has been running with the P1441 code for over two years now. I have attempted to resolve this problem by replacing the following parts but the problem persists:
1. Evap Purge Solenoid
2. Evap Canister
3. Gas Cap

Do you have any other suggestions for fixing this problem?

You replaced the components, but have you actually checked the hoses? They tend to crack or get very small holes in them.

Which hoses do I need to replace?

P1441 is an evap flow detected in a non purge situation. Usually this is the result of a faulty purge solenoid. But, if the hoses are installed opposite of what they go on from the factory it can also flow through the solenoid even if the pcm is not commanding it on. I vaguely remember gm having a reflash calibration to address this issue on these cars but it has been a while I'll have to look through the tech files to see if it even applies.
