For a street car...
Energy is good on some locations. Sway bars and end-links.
Prothane is better for torque arm.
I'd stick with Moog or 1LE rubber for control arms... no binding and noise issues.
I hated the Energy tranny mount, went back to a new stock rubber part.
A QA1 rod-ended panhard bar is best.. I like my poly/rod ended UMI for the street.
The poly kits give you tons or bushings that are not worth the effort to replace or are actually bad for performance. Pick and choose the best places to chance and do those first. Then investigate the questionable areas before you blindly change them.
