good price, I had a 99 400 ex, 2nd one my local honda dealer actually got in... that thing was a blast. I sole mine for 3500 back in 2004, and I probably had about the same amoutn of $ in mine (stroker/big bore kit, cams, white brothers header/muffler, big oil cooler, different springs and front bumper, oil can shield, and a set of blackwater rear tires on the stock rims)
