Well, after a heavy rain, I noticed that my driver's side front floorboard was soaked. This has happened twice now and only occurs on the driver's side. I do have an system in the back. My first guess is that the firewall hole seal for the amp wires has degraded or fallen out. If not that, what else could it be.

Mine was leaking from the grommet for the hood release cable, it had popped out of the hole.

T-Tops

I really dont think it is the t-tops. All the water is confined to the floorboard. There is no water on the door panel or seat.

window seals. If its close to the front of the door it will drip down the plastic, leaving no soaking evidence.

Are the windows fogging up too?

Are you sure it's not the heater core?

I honestly dont know. It has occurred after it has been raining and I get in my car shortly thereafter. Haven't really noticed it fogging up though otherwise.

And it only has happened when it has been raining, so I dont know if it is the heater core.

The heater core is on the passenger side, they usually only get the floor wet on that side.

When i go through the car wash i get a leak at the very back of the t-top and it seams to leak where the a-pillar and the dash board meet. I bet it your t-top seals.

Well, I am pretty sure it is hole where the amp wire is fed through the fire wall. Finally got out there today and poured a glass of water over the windshield, and looked the firewall hole.. and sure enough water was trickling down the wire onto the floorboard.

Well, all fixed! Hopefully the next time it rains it wont leak. But I hope to have my 1998 Dodge Ram daily drive by then!
