i'm planning on geting my 99 5.7 liter block honed because the mileage is beginning to rack up and i have to replace the pistons but this car isn't gonna see much track time so i see no reason in paying 600 to 700 for forged ones but i can't find a set of new stock 3.898 bore 3.622 stroke replacement pistons anywhere

I think I threw a set our a few days ago, you can usually check garbages for them . A good engine builder should be able to find you what you're looking for though.
